Our Beautiful Hostess was Tara, the daughter- in- law of the owners from Hungary, Lilly & Josef!, Tara was an exceptional hostess and full of knowledge of the 30 years of wine growing and owning a vineyard! The vineyard is co-owened with Tara, her husband,Karl, her brother Kirk, then parents Lilly and Josef! All the wines and labeled with the names of the family members. We arrived to a Swiss Chalet style home and grounds, a greeting at the gate with 2 lions at the helm.
Fields of color and beauty later, we left and happened upon the St Josef's Winery nearby. Recently, I had the pleasure of attending the "Tulip Festival", near Woodburn, Oregon.
